Who is Well-Bean Coffee? 

Well-Bean Coffee Roasters is passionate about people and coffee. We’re a small-batch coffee subscription company. Our coffee doesn’t sit on shelves for months at a time. We roast, package and ship straight to our customer’s door to ensure they receive coffee that is fresh and flavorful. We’re a small business which means that we know hard work. We relate the everyday grind of our customers. 

We’ve designed coffee that empowers people to be better and do better. We started Well-Bean Coffee Roasters with a mission to support health initiatives in Nicaragua through our partnership with New Song Mission. We are proud to continue to help enrich lives through each coffee purchase. Our focus on direct trade gives higher profits back to farmers for more sustainability. 

 

Where do you ship to?

Currently, Well-Bean Coffee ships to the 48 contiguous United States. 

 

What is the cost of shipping?

Well-Bean Coffee offers flat rate shipping of $2.99 on all non-subscription orders under $20. Any orders over $20 receive free shipping. All Well-Bean subscription orders receive free shipping. 

 

How do I track my order? 

When your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the ability to view your order details. Once your package is on its way to you, you will receive another email with your tracking information. There is also a button that says “View Your Order” where you will be able to login to your account and track your package through to delivery. 

 

Can I change my order after it’s been placed? 

We cannot guarantee changes to an order once it has been placed since we have a pretty quick turnaround. We recommend calling us as soon as possible at 833-777-BEAN. Our team is here to assist M-F between 9am and 5pm EST and will do our best to assist you with your order details. 

 

Do you offer refunds?

Well-Bean Coffee Roasters will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 7 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition.

Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. Well-Bean Coffee Roasters will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, ShopPay, ApplePay, PayPal, AmazonPay

 

How can I edit my subscription order?

To edit your subscription order you can login to your account on wellbean.com at any time and update your coffee quantity, roast and delivery frequency. You can also pause and restart your subscription. Be sure to save your changes before exiting. 

 

How should I store my coffee?

All of our coffees come with a pull tab and zipper closure for optimal freshness. Just pull the tab when ready to brew and zip it back up to store. Coffee should be stored at room temperature away from direct sunlight.
